Beaches closed due to dangerous surf from Ida in Orange Beach, Alabama

The city of Orange Beach, Alabama, announced area beaches, Cotton Bayou Beach shown, were closed to the public under double-red-flag and storm-surge warnings on Monday as Ida arrives.
