
Debris Flies Amid Radar Confirmed Tornado in Annapolis, Maryland
<p>The National Weather Service (<span class="caps">NWS</span>) reported a <a href="https://twitter.com/NWS_BaltWash/status/1433131602339500032" target="_blank">radar confirmed tornado</a> in the vicinity of Annapolis, Maryland, on September 1, as remnants of Hurricane Ida caused bouts of severe weather on the east coast.</p><p>Tornado warnings were also issued for swaths of the eastern seaboard on September 1, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The <span class="caps">NWS</span> said it <a href="https://www.spc.noaa.gov/products/outlook/day1otlk_1630_prt.html" target="_blank">anticipated</a> the greatest tornado threats to be from central Maryland to southern New Jersey.</p><p>This video shared by Taylor Fields shows debris in the air at an apartment complex in Annapolis.
