Emily Ratajkowski Draws Backlash Over 'Fatphobic' Photoshoot
Emily Ratajkowski has been called out by fans for what many are labeling a 'fatphobic' photoshoot.
In the photoshoot for the magazine Le Monde, Ratajkowski is shot in a pair of oversized jeans, holding out the waistband, emphasizing her figure.
The picture caused uproar when she posted a version on her Instagram, with many fans criticizing the British-born model.
“Designers won’t make plus sizes unless it’s for a photo opp where a thin person can be quirky,” one commenter pointed out.
Other fans referred to the photo as "so distasteful and disgusting" and even called her a hypocrite.
Fans cried hypocrisy as the model wrote a book entitled 'My Body' in which she discusses her experience with body image issues.
