Texas universities warned on teaching social agendas

Finals are over at the University of Texas at Austin but Governor Greg Abbott gave a speech that sounded like a lecture. He told university leaders during the annual conference of "The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board" that they need to stay focused on the mission to educate and not push their own social agendas.
