Chicago River dyed green, reviving St. Patrick's Day tradition

After the city of Chicago announced that they wouldn't dye the Chicago River green for St. Patrick's Day for the second year in a row due to COVID-19, they did it anyway, early in the morning of March 13 to prevent crowds.
