Dying NJ judge performs daughter's wedding ceremony

It's never easy losing a parent, as sisters Christina and Casey Kapalko of West Long Branch know. But before their father Paul died, he fulfilled his oldest daughter's childhood dream with help from her sister and the rest of their family.
