Owner arrested for Ind. home explosion that killed 2

Investigators arrested a homeowner who they say blew up her home to collect $300,000 in insurance money. Her boyfriend and his brother are also being charged in the explosion that killed 2 and damaged more than 80 homes in Indianapolis.
