Ala. governor honors slain bus driver

Alabama Gov. Robert Bentley used his State of the State Address to honor Charles Poland, the bus driver killed when a 5-year-old boy was kidnapped. Bentley said the crisis, which ended Monday, demonstrates the need for improved school security.
