Premeditated murder suspected in Bardstown officer shooting

The Kentucky State Police believes debris was deliberately placed on a Blue Grass Parkway ramp to stop Bardstown Police officer Jason Ellis, who was shot multiple times with a shotgun once he left his police cruiser to move the debris off the road.
