Nuclear engineer arrested for handgun despite permit

Jeremy Preston of Middletown, Del., was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon despite having a concealed carry permit from the state of Tennessee. According to authorities, Preston's permit expired when he obtained a Delaware license.
