Gabby Giffords tours for expanded background checks

Since surviving a gunshot to the head in 2011, the former U.S. Representative was joined by her husband, Captain Mark Kelly, as well as parents from the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting, while campaigning for expanded background checks.
