Soldier-mayor thwarts fuel thieves

George Toubekis, mayor of University Park, Iowa, and a sergeant first class in the Iowa Army National Guard, returned home in July 2013 after a remarkable year in Afghanistan in which he helped to thwart fuel thieves.
