Suspect accused of pushing woman under train in custody

Howard J. Mickens of White Plains, N.Y., is driven from the MTA police department in Mount Vernon, N.Y.. Mickens is accused of pushing a woman onto the tracks in front of a train at the White Plains Metro-North station.
