98 dead in Central African Republic clashes

Violence erupted in the Central African Republic Thursday, leaving nearly 100 people dead and scores more wounded. The U.N. Security Council authorized an intervention force to prevent a bloodbath between Christians and Muslims. (Dec. 5)
