South Prepares For 'Catastropic' Storm

Texas is already dealing with dangerous icy roads as the South prepares for a storm that officials are calling catastrophic. The storm is expected to coat the South with ice and drop snow from the Mid-Atlantic to New England. (Feb. 12)
