Delaware pilot dies in Va. hot-air balloon crash

Neighbors and colleagues remembered Daniel T. Kirk as a conscientious balloonist and a man who greeted everyone with a smile. Kirk piloted the balloon that crashed May 9, 2014, near Richmond, Va., killing him and two passengers. 5/12/14
