Raw: Flash Floods in Indianapolis

Heavy rains and flash flooding stranded drivers and led to road closures in the Indianapolis area. The Indianapolis Fire Department says firefighters responded to at least seven water rescues involving motorists Wednesday night. (Sept. 11)
