Jameis Winston's lawyer: Rape case was a 'shake down'

Jameis Winston's Student Conduct Code hearing ended Wednesday, nearly two years to the day since a fellow student accused the Florida State University star quarterback of sexually assaulting her at his off-campus apartment.
