Man blames DWI on beer battered meal

A Wisconsin man says he didn't have any alcoholic beverages the night he was pulled over and charged with drunk driving. As Mara Montalbano (@maramontalbano) tells us, he blames his .062 blood alcohol content on the beer battered fish he just ate.
