Man with face tattoo of mom's name booted by restaurant

A Texas restaurant refused to serve a man with tattoos on his face because of a gang policy. But he says as a man with full time job, and tattoos of his mom's name and a Harry Potter reference, he couldn't be farther from a gang member.
