Volunteer Deputy Charged With Manslaughter

A volunteer sheriff's deputy in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area is charged with manslaughter, after a suspect was shot dead while struggling with authorities. Officials say Robert Bates mistook his handgun for a stun gun. (April 14)
