Escaped inmate David Sweat caught near Canadian border

Escaped inmate David Sweat has been captured by police, according to law enforcement. Sweat, along with now-deceased Richard Matt, has been on the run since June 6th after escaping from the Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York.
