Arrest made in murder-for-hire of Texas dentist

Dallas police announced they have arrested the man suspected of fatally shooting Dr. Kendra Hatcher in the garage of her Uptown apartment complex last month. They also have issued an arrest warrant for the woman suspected of planning the crime.
