Border Force: Anastacio Hernandez Rojas

Rojas, a Mexican citizen, was taken to a border crossing in 2010. Agents said he became violent. They struck and shocked him with a Taser. He died from his injuries at a nearby hospital. This older video shows cellphone footage of the incident.
