LA governor: Peaceful protests honor shootings victims

Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards said peaceful protests are the best way to honor the memory of the Dallas police officers, Alton Sterling and Philando Castile. He warned that laws will be enforced if protesters do not act in a peaceful manner.
