Highest-ranking officer in Freddie Gray case acquitted

Lt. Brian Rice was found not guilty in the arrest and death of Freddie Gray. Rice is the highest-ranking officer of the six charged in the case. He was acquitted of charges of involuntary manslaughter, reckless endangerment and misconduct in office.
