Isaiah Washington calls on African Americans to boycott Monday

The former 'Grey's Anatomy' star is calling for African Americans across the country to skip work and school on Monday, Sept. 26. Isaiah Washington cites the recent killings of Terence Crutcher and Keith Scott as the inspiration for the boycott.
