Brewer: Medicaid tweaks needed to win House Speaker's support

Fresh off a victory in the Arizona Senate for her Medicaid expansion, Gov. Jan Brewer tells Brahm Resnik on "12 News Sunday Square Off" that she believes she can cut a deal with Speaker Andy Tobin to win his support in the House.
