Fact Check: President Trump accused Obama of releasing Gitmo prisoners

As of July 15, 2016, a total of 693 detainees were transferred. 122 of whom were confirmed to have re-engaged in terrorist activities. But 113 out of 122 were released under former President George W. Bush and just nine were released under Obama.
