Sen. Leahy on Judiciary Committee: A 'very weak arm' of Trump White House

Sen. Patrick Leahy (D-VT), the longest-serving Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, says the committee has lost its independence and become, "a very weak arm of the Trump White House."
