Deadly Quebec train derailment prompts Canadian ban

The Canadian Transportation Agency has suspended the certificate of fitness for Montreal, Maine and Atlantic Railway (MMA) because of lack of insurance. The railroad will not be allowed to operate in Canada after August 20.
