Robotic arm designed to fix Fukushma plant leaks

A Colorado company is set to ship a robotic arm to Japan in hopes that it can help detect leaks at the damaged Fukushima nuclear power plant. The plant was damaged in 2011 when a massive earthquake triggered a devastating tsunami.
