Japanese lawmakers to vote on Shinzo Abe's bill

Faced with jostling, shouting and tears inside Japan's parliament and thousands protesting outside, Prime Minister Shinzo Abe is pushing ahead with bills to expand the role of the military even as it risks further eroding his popularity.
