Obama, Putin to meet at UN General Assembly

Russian President Vladimir Putin is in New York for the United Nations General Assembly where he'll come face-to-face with U.S. President Barack Obama. The two haven't spoken in more than a year. Bloomberg's Ryan Chilcote reports.
