500 migrants died in shipwreck: UN refugee agency

The UN's refugee agency believes as many as 500 people may have drowned in a shipwreck in the Mediterranean earlier this week.If the death toll is confirmed, it would make this tragedy the year's worst shipwreck in the Mediterranean.
