Protests erupt in Paris suburb after alleged police rape

Violence has erupted on the edge of Paris and spread to at least five nearby towns amid a public outcry over the alleged rape of a young black man by police. Several nights of clashes have broken out after four police officers purportedly forced a 22-year-old man to the ground, beat him, and raped him with a baton.
