Drowning elephant 5 miles from shore: Watch the rescue

The Sri Lankan Navy ran a 12-hour rescue mission to save an elephant from drowning off the coast of Kokilaim. The Navy spotted the elephant struggling after a current dragged it five miles out to sea.
