Oxfam CEO responds to the organization's sex Abuse scandal

Oxfam's chief executive said he was "ashamed about Oxfam's behaviour" amid a deepening sexual misconduct scandal involving some of the charity's employees working in Haiti after its devastating 2010 earthquake.
