Report: Dolphins to promote scouting director Chris Grier to replace GM Dennis Hickey

Just a day after reports surfaced that the Miami Dolphins would fire general manager Dennis Hickey, the Miami Herald reported the team would promote college scouting director Chris Grier to the position.
