BALCO founder Victor Conte: Barry Bonds belongs in Hall of Fame

On the same day Ken Griffey Jr. and Mike Piazza were voted into the Hall of Fame, BALCO founder Victor Conte said that Barry Bonds, whose trainer was provided steroids by Conte, should be in Cooperstown.
