Oregon's Vernon Adams believes he's No. 2 QB in 2016 draft class

Oregon quarterback Vernon Adams is projected as a late-round pick at best in the NFL draft later this week, but he believes that he is the second-best quarterback available behind North Dakota State's Carson Wentz.
