Russia banned from Paralympics after appeal fails

On Tuesday, the Court of Arbitration of Sport issued a ruling that crushed all hopes of Russia's Paralympic team of getting into the Rio Olympics. The team was banned by the International Paralympic Committee after stories began to circulate of state-sponsored doping activities.
