Spaceport America awaiting payoff from flights

Disappointment and a bit of desperation hang over the sprawling Spaceport America project, billed as the "world's first purpose-built commercial spaceport" and built with nearly quarter-billion-dollars of taxpayer money in the New Mexico desert.
