Taiwan's Din Tai Fung restaurant is famous for its soup filled dumplings known as xiao long bao. It now has 113 outlets in ten countries. The newest, in San Jose, Calif., is set to open this fall. Elizabeth Weise visits the bustling Taipei 101 store.
