Watch a Qantas 737 take on a Tesla in Australia

A Qantas Boeing 737 aircraft and a Tesla electric car race on the nearly 2 mile runway at Avalon Airport. The Tesla was hard to catch off the start. Both travelled neck and neck as the 737 reached take-off speed of 161 mph and the Tesla hit 155 mph.
