D.C. grinds to a halt after an inch of snow

In a sign of bad things to come, Washington, D.C. traffic became gridlocked on Wednesday evening as a small system passed by, dropping around an inch of snow as the city prepares for a possible historic snowstorm later this week. The snow on Wednes
