Hurricane Florence may be a category 2 but it's impact remains the same

Winds have lessened to 105 mph, making Hurricane Florence a Category 2 storm but that doesn't mean it's safe to return to evacuated areas. Florence will make landfall Thursday night along the North Carolina coastline causing inland flooding from heavy rain.
